No Refunds

All services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is final.

Credits for Future Services

In the event that you need to cancel or modify a project, we offer the option to apply your payment as credit towards future services. Credit must be used within 6 months of the original payment date.

Service Completion

We strive to deliver high-quality work on time, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the initial concept, we will work with you to make revisions. However, once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Project Abandonment

To keep timelines fair, projects with 30+ days of inactivity or missing assets may be closed as abandoned. You’re welcome to return at any time—just note, resuming the project will require a restart fee, determined by prior progress and project scope.

We apply this 30-day rule because open projects still reserve space in our production schedule, even when inactive. Long gaps also cause project details to become outdated, which requires additional time to review past work, rebuild context, and restart the workflow. The restart fee covers that added time and effort.

Please note that during promotions, sales, and other high-demand periods, turnaround times may be longer than usual.
