Thank you so much for choosing ZB Studio! We’re excited to work with you and bring your vision to life. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking or submitting payment.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been submitted, it cannot be refunded, including deposits and payment plan installments.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for select services. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments by the agreed-upon due dates. Project work may be paused if a payment becomes overdue. Final files, website transfers, login credentials, or completed deliverables will not be released until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Credits for Future Services

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or pause your project, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future ZB Studio service. Credits must be used within six months of the original payment date and are non-transferable. Credits do not apply to completed work or services that have already been fully delivered.

Project Turnaround

You will receive an estimated turnaround time based on the scope and details of your project. Most projects are completed within 7–14 days, while larger or more detailed projects may require additional time.

 

Every project is handled with care, intention, and attention to detail. We never want to rush the creative process at the expense of quality. If your project may take longer than originally estimated, we will communicate any updates with you in advance.

Turnaround times begin once all required payments, content, images, information, login details, and project materials have been received.

Client Delays

Timely communication helps us keep your project moving smoothly. If we are waiting on content, feedback, approvals, payments, login information, or other required materials, your project timeline will be paused. Once the requested information is received, your project will be added back into the production schedule based on our current availability. Client delays may extend the original completion date.

Revisions

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident and excited about your final project.

​

Each service includes the number of revision rounds listed within the selected package or project agreement. Revisions should remain within the original project scope and direction. Additional revisions, major changes in direction, or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee. Any added costs will always be communicated before additional work begins.

Project Completion

Once your final project has been approved, completed, and delivered, the project will be considered closed. No refunds or additional complimentary changes will be provided after final approval and delivery. Any new edits or updates requested after the project has been closed may be billed as a separate service.

Project Inactivity & Abandonment

We understand that life and business can get busy. However, projects with 30 or more days of inactivity, unanswered communication, or missing project materials may be closed and considered abandoned. You are always welcome to return and resume your project. A restart fee will be required and determined based on the project scope, previous progress, and the amount of work needed to reopen the project.

Inactive projects still reserve space within our production schedule. Longer gaps may also require us to review previous communication, revisit completed work, rebuild project context, and reorganize the workflow. The restart fee covers this additional time and care.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

ZB Studio reserves the right to display completed project work within our portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, and other marketing platforms. We may also share project details, mockups, screenshots, or final designs to showcase our creative work.

If your project requires confidentiality or should not be displayed publicly, this must be discussed before the project begins.
